- Ashi Hybrid Bodywork: Kelly's version of deep tissue massage is performed using feet on the body. Myofascial release is found through this technique of long flowing strokes, along with creating a very grounding, therapeutic flow to soothe your nervous system, while still finding that deep tissue reset for your body and mind.
- Relaxation Bodywork: A relaxing, hands-on approach, this is perfect for someone who is really wanting that gentle, nurturing flow. This softer modality helps to soothe the nervous system.
